Welcome to Mail Integrate, a trading name of San Digital Limited (Company number 12957488). • Subdomain: Refers to the bespoke domain defined by the User, with the format yoursubdomain.mailintegrate.com.

You may have the option to define a bespoke Subdomain in the format yoursubdomain.mailintegrate.com.

• You agree to use the Services, including your bespoke subdomain, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any actions taken by persons to whom you have granted access.

4. Service Limitations & Subscription Tiers

• Mail Integrate offers different subscription tiers, each with its own set of features and limitations, especially concerning the number of emails you can send.
• The specific limits pertaining to the number of emails for each subscription tier are detailed on our pricing page or within the user dashboard.
• If you exceed the limitations of your current subscription tier, your ability to send emails will be restricted until you upgrade to a higher tier or the next billing cycle begins.
• Mail Integrate reserves the right to modify the subscription tiers, their features, and associated limits at any time. Any changes will be communicated to our users in advance.

5. Fees & Payments

The use of certain Services may be subject to payment in advance. All fees are non-refundable.

6. Data & Privacy

• By using the Services, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage, and use of your information by San Digital Limited in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the emails and data you provide do not contain sensitive or personal information unless necessary and consented by relevant parties.

7. Restrictions

10. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold San Digital Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mail Integrate be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind in connection with the Services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the location where San Digital Limited is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
